About PickupRadar
PickupRadar helps UK delivery drivers see and report pickup wait times, venue issues, closed reports, tablet problems, driver tags, and other pickup-point information. It is built for delivery drivers across the UK.
No login required
PickupRadar does not require users to create an account or log in. We do not create personal user profiles.
Independent from delivery platforms
PickupRadar is independent and is not connected to Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, or any other delivery platform. It does not connect to or interact with delivery platform accounts.
Information we may process
When you use PickupRadar, we may process:
- An anonymous device ID, used to reduce duplicate reports and abuse
- Selected city/area and venue/pickup point
- Pickup wait reports
- Wait bucket/minutes
- Whether the driver left early
- Optional delivery platform selection, if the driver chooses one
- Whether the order usually starts when the driver arrives
- Closed venue reports
- Tablet/server down reports
- Venue issue reports, including wrong address, wrong branch/name, duplicate venue, permanently closed, uses own drivers, other
- Optional notes submitted with venue issues or support messages
- Driver tag reports
- Missing venue suggestions
- Timestamps for reports
- Basic technical/server logs processed by hosting/database providers for security and reliability
What we do not collect
PickupRadar does not ask for and does not intentionally collect:
- Delivery app login details
- Passwords
- Delivery platform account details
- Customer names
- Customer addresses
- Order numbers
- Private order details
What you should not submit
Do not include customer names, customer addresses, order numbers, or private order information in reports, notes, suggestions, or support messages.
How we use information
PickupRadar uses report data to:
- Show recent pickup wait information
- Show recent venue warnings such as closed or tablet/server down
- Show driver tags
- Improve venue data
- Reduce duplicate or abusive reports
- Respond to support messages
Service providers and data storage
PickupRadar uses service providers such as hosting/database providers to operate the website and app, including storing report data securely. We take reasonable steps to keep app data secure.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. Report data may be displayed in the app to help other drivers, such as recent wait times, venue warnings, driver tags, and pickup point status.
