About PickupRadar

PickupRadar helps UK delivery drivers see and report pickup wait times at restaurants and shops. It is built for delivery drivers across the UK.

Delivery platform data we do not collect

PickupRadar is independent and is not connected to Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, or any delivery platform. The app does not connect to or interact with your delivery platform accounts.

We do not collect delivery platform login details, passwords, account details, customer details, or order information. PickupRadar only processes simple pickup wait-time reports that you choose to submit.

What you should not submit

Do not include customer names, customer addresses, order numbers, or private order details in wait reports or support messages. Reports should describe pickup wait times only, not individual orders or customers.

No login required

PickupRadar does not require users to create an account or log in. We do not create personal user profiles.

Information we collect

When you use PickupRadar, we may collect and store:

How we use information

We use wait reports to:

Anonymous device ID

PickupRadar stores an anonymous device ID on your device. This helps reduce spam and duplicate reports. It is not intended to identify you by name.

Data storage

PickupRadar uses Supabase to store app data such as venues and wait reports. We take reasonable steps to keep the app data secure.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. Wait report data may be displayed in the app to help other drivers, such as average wait times, recent reports, and pickup point status.
